Let’s face it, we live in a world that travels faster than the speed of light. Pretty much anything and everything is conveniently available to us at the touch of the fingertip or the command of our voice. With 21st century technology, the old ‘9 to 5’ is a thing of the past and many are apt to make themselves available to work on a 24/7 basis.
There are many ways to eat away from home and adhere to your new diet lifestyle. The most obvious choice would be to prep your snacks and lunches for the week on Saturdays or Sundays.
Choosing on last minute impulse usually leads to bad decisions, mostly due to the fact that the most convenient drive-thru and take-out food options are extremely unhealthy!
Imagine if you had a plan that allowed you to not have to think about what is for breakfast lunch and dinner every day of the week? Meal planning and preparation definitely takes time and discipline, but the more you do it the easier it becomes.

It is true. Researchers from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute and other institutions decided to test several methods of increasing movement among office workers.
