Good Morning!

May is right around the corner and many exciting changes are as well!  You may have noticed we have begun construction out back!  More to come on that in the near future!

We’ve added several classes and are introducing two new reinvented, inspiring classes in place of our current bootcamps.  No worries!  Much of your classes will remain very familiar.

We’ve revitalized the format but your awesome instructors, friendly faces and everyday equipment remains very recognizable!


‘Inspire FIRE’ 

Inspire Fire class is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements completed at high intensities.

The workouts will be geared towards high heart rate, high level of sweat, and a high level of fun.  Using equipment such as body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, assault bikes, medicine balls, spin bikes, rowers, bands and boxes, you’ll finish not only sweaty and breathless but also wondering where the time went!

This 1 hour class consists of a dynamic warm-up, 30-45 minutes of continuous movement and ends with a full-body stretch.

‘Inspire FIT’ 

Inspire FIT, where the ‘F’ stands for FUN!  We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

Workouts are designed to not only be challenging but different every time!  And you’re guaranteed never to get bored.  Our approach is designed to not only get you FIT fast, but also to keep you active and athletic for the years to come.

This 1 hour class consists of a dynamic warm-up, 30-45 minutes of continuous movement and ends with a full-body stretch.

Wednesday 5:30 am Bootcamp = Inspire FIT

Thursday 4:30 pm Tabata Turmoil = Inspire FIT

Saturday 8:00 am Bootcamp = Inspire FIT

Sunday 9:15 am Bootcamp = Inspire FIRE

As a reminder, membership options, Class Packs, new month-to-month and single session rates go into effect on May 1st, 2018 as previously announced.

We encourage all of our current clients to schedule an appointment with us to go over the best options for you going forward.
