Our kids’ programs are specifically designed for preschool kids (3-5yrs), elementary kids (6-12yrs) and teenagers (12-16yrs) to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. The workouts are age specific and designed for kids and teens to have FUN all while getting healthier and more fit!

Our spinning classes are ideal for people of all levels of fitness and experience, whether you are new to exercise or a regular gym junkie! The joy of spinning is that you are in complete control at all times using a resistance dial on your individual spin bike.
Our Olympic Lifting program is for anyone looking to improve their technique and increase their familiarity with these movements, whether you are new or an experienced lifter. The focus of this class is to improve your technique in the execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and accessory lifts.

If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our FIT & FIRE Bootcamp and Spinning classes. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers.
We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.
If you have children between the ages of 3 and 12, our kids program is for you! CrossFit Kids is a program that empowers children to develop body control, learn basic nutrition concepts & form a foundation for healthy habits both physically and mentally. Your child participates in age- appropriate CrossFit Kids warm-ups, workouts and games! Preschool classes include kids ages 3-5. Elementary classes include kids ages 6-12. Coming Soon! We are working hard to bring CrossFit Teens to Inspire Sona by Fall!
