Our spinning classes are ideal for people of all levels of fitness and experience, whether you are new to exercise or a regular gym junkie! The joy of spinning is that you are in complete control at all times using a resistance dial on your individual spin bike.


Spinning is a 45-minute traditional spin class. Throughout the class our experienced instructors bring you through a series of hills, intervals and sprints, encouraging you to push yourself, and challenging yourself each step of the way to achieve your individual goal.

Bike & Ball

Bike & Ball is a half-spin, half-core training using a stability ball.

Mixed Muscle Madness

Mixed Muscle Madness is a calorie burning, lean-muscle mass building blast of a workout! 30 Minutes of spinning to stoke your metabolism followed by 30 minutes of resistance training & core work.
