Our kids’ programs are specifically designed for preschool kids (3-5yrs), elementary kids (6-12yrs) and teenagers (12-16yrs) to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. The workouts are age specific and designed for kids and teens to have FUN all while getting healthier and more fit!
Is a program that empowers children to develop body control, learn basic nutrition concepts & form a foundation for healthy habits both physically and mentally. Your child participates in age-appropriate CrossFit Kids warm-ups, workouts and games! Preschool classes include kids ages 3-5. Elementary classes include kids ages 6-12
